Magnum Corpus / Alquimia del cuerpo en crisis busca (re)conectar el cuerpo humano con el cuerpo mayor: la realidad simbiótica de la naturaleza. Reflexiona sobre la tensión entre la degradación ambiental y la presencia corpórea, con el trasfondo simbólico de Noruega, el primer país en prohibir la deforestación.
Plastic Art Performance Collective es un colectivo de artistas emergentes con sede en Bucarest que evolucionan juntos desde 2020 en el marco de la Asociación Cultural MACAIA. Operando en la intersección del arte-performance, el videoarte, la fotografía, el arte sonoro, los nuevos medios y la antropología cultural, el colectivo crea experiencias inmersivas e intervenciones públicas que provocan, reflejan y reimaginan nuestras realidades ecológicas.
Motivado por una visión compartida de un mundo más consciente de la fragilidad ambiental y menos inmerso en paradigmas extractivistas, el colectivo propone un arte profundamente reflexivo y participativo. Sus proyectos buscan concienciar sobre la interdependencia ecológica, incorporando prácticas sostenibles tanto en su concepción como en su producción.
Magnum cOrPUS / alchemy of body in crisis seeks to (re)connect the human body with the greater body—the symbiotic real of nature. It meditates on the tension between environmental degradation and corporeal presence, unfolding against the symbolic backdrop of Norway, the first country to ban deforestation.
Plastic Art Performance Collective is a Bucharest-based collective of emerging artists who have been evolving together since 2020 within the framework of MACAIA Cultural Association. Operating at the intersection of art-performance, videoart, photography, soundart, new media, and cultural anthropology, the collective creates immersive experiences and public interventions that provoke, reflect, and reimagine our ecological realities.
Driven by a shared vision of a world more conscious of environmental fragility and less entangled in extractivist paradigms, the collective puts forward art that is both deeply reflective and publicly engaging. Their projects aim to raise awareness of ecological interdependence while embodying sustainable practices in both concept and production.
